Privacy Policy for MultiAccount
MultiAccount (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an iOS app that lets you open multiple web app spaces (for example, personal and work accounts) in isolated sessions on one device. This Privacy Policy explains what information is used when you download, install, or use MultiAccount (the “App”), including services we use such as Apple In-App Purchase, Firebase, and Google Ads.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
1. Who we are
The App is operated for the MultiAccount product. For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, email:
dhara.divakar.apps@gmail.com
2. What the App does
MultiAccount lets you:
Add named “spaces” that open websites in a built-in browser
Keep sessions separate so you can stay signed in to more than one account
Optionally lock the App with a passcode and Face ID / Touch ID
Unlock extra spaces with a Premium subscription (weekly auto-renewable plan)
The App is a container for websites you choose to open. Those websites (for example, social networks) have their own privacy policies. We do not operate those sites.
3. Information we collect and how it is used
We do not require you to create an account with us. We do not sell your personal information.
3.1 Information stored on your device
The following is stored locally on your device (for example in the App’s storage) so the App can work:
The list of spaces you create (names, icons/brands, and website URLs you add)
App settings (filters, onboarding completion, review-prompt state)
Whether Premium is active on this device
A hashed passcode (not stored as plain text) if you turn on App Lock
A hashed answer to a recovery security question, if you set one
Whether Face Lock is enabled
We do not receive a copy of your passcode, security-question answer, or Face ID / Touch ID biometric data. Face ID and Touch ID are handled by Apple on your device. The App only receives a yes/no result (success or failure) from the system.
3.2 Information from websites you open
When you open a space, the built-in browser may load cookies, login sessions, and other data for that website, similar to Safari. That data stays in that space’s session on your device. We do not use it to build a profile of you for our own advertising.
Those third-party sites may collect information under their own policies. Please review each site’s privacy policy.
3.3 Purchase and subscription information
If you subscribe to Premium, payment is processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Apple may share limited purchase status with the App (for example whether a subscription is active, restored, or expired) so we can unlock Premium features.
Apple’s handling of payment data is described in Apple’s Privacy Policy.
3.4 Device and usage information (Firebase)
We use Google Firebase (which may include Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and related Google services) to:
Understand how the App is used (for example screens opened, feature usage, crashes)
Diagnose bugs and improve stability
Measure performance of the App
Firebase may collect identifiers and technical data such as:
Device type, OS version, language, and country/region
App version and crash logs (stack traces, device state at crash time)
Advertising or instance identifiers (for example IDFA / IDFV, where permitted)
Approximate analytics events (sessions, first opens, in-app events)
This data is processed by Google on our behalf. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information.
3.5 Advertising (Google Ads)
We use Google Ads / Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to show advertisements in the App (for non-Premium users or as otherwise configured). Google and its partners may collect or use:
Device identifiers and advertising IDs
IP address and approximate location derived from IP
Device and app information
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
Information used to serve personalized or non-personalised ads, subject to your device settings and applicable law
You can limit ad tracking in iOS settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Apple Advertising). Google’s ads practices are described here:
How Google uses information from sites or apps
Google Privacy Policy
AdMob / Google advertising
Personalised ads depend on consent and platform rules (including Apple’s App Tracking Transparency, where required). If you do not allow tracking, you may still see ads that are less personalised.
3.6 Information you send us
If you email dhara.divakar.apps@gmail.com, we receive whatever you include (name, email address, device details, screenshots). We use that only to respond to support and to improve the App.
4. Legal bases (where GDPR or similar laws apply)
If you are in the EEA, UK, or another region with similar rules, we process data on these bases:
Contract: to provide the App and Premium features you request
Legitimate interests: to keep the App secure, fix crashes, and understand basic usage
Consent: for tracking, personalised ads, or analytics where consent is required
Legal obligation: if we must keep or disclose information by law
You may withdraw consent in device settings or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
5. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, email dhara.divakar.apps@gmail.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it where we control it.
6. Sharing of information
We share information only as needed to run the App:
Party
Why
Apple
App distribution, In-App Purchase, Face ID / Touch ID, device OS
Google (Firebase)
Analytics, crash reporting, and related app services
Google (Ads / AdMob)
Serving and measuring ads
Websites you open
Login and cookies for those sites, under their policies
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your passcode or biometric data with anyone.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets, in which case this policy would still apply or you would be notified of changes.
7. Data retention
On-device data stays until you delete the space, reset the App, or uninstall MultiAccount. Uninstalling typically removes local App data from that device.
Firebase / Google Ads data is retained according to Google’s retention settings and policies (often aggregated or kept for a limited analytics window).
Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request, then deleted or archived as reasonably necessary.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information on the device, including hashing the App Lock passcode and using Apple’s biometric APIs instead of storing Face ID templates. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Third-party sites you open in a space are outside our control.
9. International transfers
Firebase and Google Ads may process data on servers outside your country (including the United States). Google uses safeguards described in its privacy documentation. By using the App, you understand that this processing may occur.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Because most App data is stored on your device, the fastest way to delete it is to remove spaces in the App or uninstall MultiAccount.
For requests we can fulfil (for example support emails or clarification about analytics/ads), contact:
dhara.divakar.apps@gmail.com
Please include enough detail for us to identify your request. We may need to verify that we can reasonably match the request to data we control.
California / similar US state laws
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising except through Google Ads as described above, subject to your tracking choices. You may request information about categories of data collected by emailing us.
11. Third-party links and services
The App may open external websites and use Apple, Firebase, and Google services. Those parties are responsible for their own privacy practices. This policy covers only MultiAccount as we provide it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when we add features (including Firebase or ads configuration) or when the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes may be highlighted in the App or on this page.
